They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The wait can be long but I was very satisfied with my visit.

I am very grateful to have found a Dr. as great as Mary. She really takes her time and helps you. The wait time has always been a little on the long side, but I would rather wait and have a Dr. I like.

I've been going to Dr. Olender (West Hills) and I'm very happy. A few years back I had gone through 3 OBs and I was having trouble finding one that I liked, and then Dr. O was recommended to me. She is a great doc, and her staff is wonderful as well. I've been seeing her before getting pregnant, and I went to her all through my pregnancy and for the delivery. I think she's great, and I've recommended her to my friends who have also been very happy as well.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
