I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
