I have been a patient of Dr. Adler's for almost 20 years and I am very happy with his level of professionalism, knowledge and service to me as a patient and friend. Dr. Adler remembers his patient's and forms a bonding relationship that is reassuring and caring towards your overall health and well-being. You are never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The staff is one of the kindest, most caring I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Dr. Adler is one of the top doctor's in the DMV and in the country with a large client base and long-standing patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Adler.

They have really great customer service in this new location across from the glorious landscaping of Dumfries Nursery (except on the rare occasion when the regular receptionist/scheduler is out sick as occurred during my last visit). Dr. Adler is the best ob/gyn. He takes the time to ask me questions and responds fully to my answers, questions, or concerns.
