Many women recognize the difference that the Midwifery Model of Care offers and choose to come to our practice because of the care that we provide. The care at Manassas Midwifery and Womens Health Center is provided by four Certified Nurse Midwives, Sheila Mathis, Kathleen McClelland and Monica Byrne.
Our practice is based on the belief that when we improve the health of a woman, we improve the health of their families and the entire community. We believe that every woman is a unique gift from God and deserves care that respects her experiences, her individuality and her choices.

Operating as a 501-(c)3 Non Profit corporation, Manassas Midwifery and Women's Health Center, was developed to provide a special resource for all women. Our primary mission is to provide high quality, affordable care for women who are uninsured, underinsured and women who are Medicaid eligible.Many women recognize the difference that the Midwifery Model of Care offers and choose to come to our practice because of the care that we provide. •Well woman exams including pap smears, breast exams
•Referrals for laboratory and diagnostic tests, mammograms and ultrasounds
•Pregnancy care, including Centering Prenatal Care at our Manassas and Dumfries office locations
•Birth and post partum care referrals and services
•Childbirth Education classes
•Health and wellness education
•Referrals to community services
•Two locations to serve you. You can be seen at our Manassas office or our Dumfries office!
We provide care to women of all ages.
We accept Virginia Medicaid and many commercial insurance plans!
