I called up to speak to a nurse for my issue She was very rude and never took my concern to the doctor. Gettign any appointment or follow up is always more then 1 month wait in sterlign office. ANy question I ask nurse would not reply nor take my concern to doctor. I did not like this facility and I would not recommend any one to go to Dr roberts office. i got my first paps appointmetn 1 month after callign their office. I wnated to go talk to doctor for infertility treament and the desk was giving me appoint after 45 days even though I am existign patient. When asked to speak to nurse i was never got my phone transfered. the next time I called for irregular bleeding nurse did not take my concern to doctor and she said to take appointment and come visit the doctor. Now the again i got transfered to front desk and they said the next available appointment is only after 1 month. does this mean till then i shoudl bleed out? I am very disappointed with the level of service the front desk and the nurse gave who assits doctor roberts. I would not go or recommend anyone. felt liek mistrated and ignored and they did not care for me at all.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting room here is not too small. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
The nurses there are amazing. Nurse Karen and Nurse Tamika was my fav.
Dr. Roberts and other doctors at this practice are very nice. I loved having Dr. Roberts as my doc for my first baby.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
