The place exceeded my expectations. They were very thoughtful and helpful. Answering all questions I had during the checkup and any procedures I had done. they took their time with me and I wasn't rushed. Not sure about the comments of 'outdated equipment'. I was there in 4/2013 and the equipment did not look outdated. As to crowded office and more concerned about quantity than quality. What Drs office is not crowded. I rather be in a croweded room where the Dr takes his/her time with me, than in an uncrowded room and I am pushed out so they can take the next appointment. The office also called me right away with any of my test results and asnwered (or got back to me) with any of my questions.

The equipment was so old here I thought it might be an antique. I was scared something was going to break during my appointment. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
