Dr. Shaffran is the only OBGYN I will see. She is sensitive, warm and caring and her office staff are extremely supportive. She spent ample time with me discussing my condition. She also has very convenient hours.

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
