Dr Barney was my PCP for 26 years, The last 5 years I have been sick with multiple issues. After repeatedly going for the same thing in the past 2 years I decided to visit my husband's Dr. He sent me to specialists, got me diagnosed and treated all within a month. I decided to switch PCP. I am also qualified for Disability with all of my illnesses, Dr Barney has been refusing to give copies of my medical records that I need for my disability claim. We were cursed at for calling and asking. My Disability attorney thought since they wouldn't give the records to them maybe I should try. Nope. She is doing this out of spite for my switching Drs. My entire family used to go to her, not anymore.

Dr. Barney has been my family Dr. since I was 7 and now I am 41 and my husband and children go to her also. She is the best and I trust her with my life! She is "real" never rushing to get you out. One of the most intelligent people I know. Sometimes she is running late for appts but I don't mind because she takes her time with everyone. She is worth the wait. Also if you every call the office with a question she always calls back. I have never found that with any other Dr. usually they have the Dr.'s nurse call.

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They were decent, but not very affordable

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

The waiting area there is very cramped.People often had to stand as there were only a few chairs.They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked there. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.When comparing her to others in her field, I would say ANYONE would be better. I will never return. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd go there.I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.And her charge?$100/visit!She must be rolling in money.My old doctor in Colorado gave me breaks in charges when I was not working-like $12/visit!!! If this were a movie, I would give her 5 thumbs down, the1st for insensitivity!!!!!!!!!!
