Pam will try to set you up with a different doctor when you clearly scheduled an appointment to see her. When she does see you, she seems kind of rude, and she tries to fix the problem as quickly as possible. This is not something a doctor should be doing if they want the problem to be fixed to the best of their ability. If something comes up, like a flu or some sort of infection that makes it difficult to do the things you must do, forget trying to get the appointment that works best for you. I had to wait almost 2 weeks when I had a yeast infection one year. She isn't very friendly with the staff, and she wasn't very friendly to my little sister either, belittling her dream job that she had at the time. I would only recommend my friends to go find another doctor. Because there's so many better doctors who are a lot more professional, friendly, and help you feel comfortable and up-and-running again unlike her.
