Tricia at the front desk is very rude and says that Dr. Thompson is too busy to help sign off on patient paperwork, even though the hold message is all about how they "care about your wellbeing" and "we're here for you" and "thank you for trusting us with your healthcare". You have a 50/50 chance of being treated well when you call the front desk. Nurse Practitioner Mary Jacobs is very friendly and kind, an awesome listener, genuinely cares about your wellbeing, is professional and great at diagnosis. It is too bad that the other staff are so rude.
