Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Mallavia answered every single question I had, and made it clear that they are always available if I think of any more questions I needed answered. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to provide quality customer service.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Absolutely Not!
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

I ran into one of the front desk personnel in a department store and we ended up talking "shop" and said she would see when I'm due for another eye examine. She called me at home the next day and informed me that I haven't been seen in two years! She promised to call me if there is a cancellation and she followed through with her promise. This lady is very committed to her employer. Kudos to her.

My questions were answered by doctor and I left the office feeling satisfied.

Yes, I always recommend Page Eye Center.

Recently I was on a road trip to Wyoming and passing through Page.About an hour south of town I began to loose vision in my right eye.Called 411 and was connected to Dr.Mallavia's office.After explaining the situation to his concerned receptionist,I was encouraged to stop by the office for an exam.Being the Friday before the 4th of July holiday,the place was very busy.However,they worked me in ASAP and Dr.Mallavia diagnosed a primary tear in my retina.He then explained in detail the importance of seeking IMMEDIATE treatment in Phoenix.I quickly agreed,and he phoned Retinal Consultants in Phoenix,spoke with surgeon Dr.Gaitan,and made an appointment for the next morning.The entire staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and Dr.Mallavia displayed the utmost in professionalism and care.
