Every single time I arrive to my appointment, I am ignored by Shirley at the front desk, I dont even get an acknowledgement that I have been seen! Also, on more than one occasion, Shirley is visibly irritated by the fact that she has to actually answer the phone or help a patient when they arrive. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
She needs to treat her staff with more respect. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.

I was very satisfied with my visit - Dr. Cinque paid attention to my concerns and different criteria and worked to find solutions that met my particular needs. I also liked that she was direct and honest with me - I originally wanted to try a more easy going topical product and she was honest and told me that it wouldn't get me the results I was looking for in the time frame I was aiming for. She also always looks for ways to save me money which I always appreciate.
