I visited this Dr for the first time. The office was in chaos. Workers talking over each other and another worker disciplining another worker. It was nice they gave my son a lollipop but when he dropped in the Dr office all the Dr could say too my son was too bad only one per visit. Shesh..this is a 3 yr old. I wasnt told to take off my makeup before I arrived and she said next time you come you can wear lipstick and eye makeup but no other makeup. She is definately not personable. I will not be returning to this doctor. Oh and for how short the appt was and didnt address all my concerns...it took forever to get in for an appt. I will be looking for another one.

Dr. Cinque is great but the administrative process at her office needs a serious overhaul. Wait times are close to an hour without any word of either apology or explanation from either her or her staff. I find that extremey unprofessional. I had to wait for over 40 minutes for my appointment and in the end had to leave because I couldn't get a concrete answer on when I would be seen by Dr. Cinque. A simple "we are sorry, our appointments are a little backed up, wait time might be ~30 minutes and you have the option to reschedule, ........." would have been a little courteous
