On my very first visit I left skeptical after being referred by my employers EAP group. When it was time to go for a f/u visit I called my EAP Dept again and voiced my concerns. The EAP rep advised me to go ahead and keep my second appointment and see if I felt the same and if I did then she would help me locate a different provider and they would not count the previous sessions against my allowance. Luckily my second appointment was much better and I have been seeing Ms. Epstein ever since. She's very down to earth, although a little eccentric she get's life and it's like sitting down to talking to one of your Aunt's. She opens up to me and allows me to feel that I can trust her.

This was a waste of time, she talked more about her self than my problems. She spoke of what she did 30 years ago and who she dated then why I was here. If you are looking for someone to talk to, then she is for you. But if you are looking for someone to help you deal with your emotions, keep looking!!!

They ignored my question.. Ruby Epstein psychguru was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The counselor ignored me when I first walked in and then she was very rude. I would never recommend anyone to see this woman. She did not appear fit to have a License.
