Dr. Jones is EXCELLENT. You will not find a better dentist in the area! I have been going to his practice since I was a child and he has always taken excellent care of my family. We had to shift to another dentist because of our insurance policy a few years ago, but we have been dissatisfied with each one (distracted technicians, rushed appointments, incredible and unnecessary pain, and poorly executed fillings are among our complaints). Now that I have changed policies, I am eagerly looking forward to returning to Dr. Jones' care!!

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The office was easy enough to find. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
