Dr. Jones is EXCELLENT. You will not find a better dentist in the area! I have been going to his practice since I was a child and he has always taken excellent care of my family. We had to shift to another dentist because of our insurance policy a few years ago, but we have been dissatisfied with each one (distracted technicians, rushed appointments, incredible and unnecessary pain, and poorly executed fillings are among our complaints). Now that I have changed policies, I am eagerly looking forward to returning to Dr. Jones' care!!

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
