Their staff was friendly however the wife of Doc. Landry works the front area and has a bad attitude to staff & patients. Very unprofessional. Which xplains why the turnover rate for workers is so high. Attiitude when ask details about my visit. I didn't feel welcomed there but the location was so great that is why I went that's as positive as it gets.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. All told, Dr. Landry and his staff provided a positive experience that helped me to overcome my fear of the dentist.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
