They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They get very testy when you call to break an appointment.

Dr. Landry is a great dentist, however, his staff is unfriendly, uncooperative and rude! Don't schedule an appointment that you may have to break because of a job emergency or any emergency at all because you will not be able to schedule another appointment with them....there is absolutely NO understanding if your life throws you a curve ball and you have to break an appointment. And I'm not talking about habitually missing appointments, I had one appointment that I had to break and I was treated like trash and actually was hung up on when I tried to call and explain the reason for breaking the appointment! My only guess is Dr. Landry is doing very well for himself if his staff can be rude and throw away business! Good for him!
