The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Further, his staff enters untrue reviews as a marketing tool. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for years that I know could've been avoided. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I needed emergency by a specialist after David Shepherd destroyed my dental health. I am in need of a complete 'renovation' of my teeth and gums after entrusting David Shepherd with my health. BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST - he will not hesitate to go to any means to make money and is ABSOLUTELY NOT competent.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They always follow up by phone to make sure I'm doing OK after a procedure.

Dr. Shepherd and his staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I need them. Their staff is the most professional, friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after just my first visit with them. I have had a lot of work I needed done by Dr. Shepherd and have recommended him to everyone! I have seen a number of dentists and Dr. Shepherd is the only one that listens to my concerns and has taken care of my teeth with professionalism! Dr. Shepherd does not try to do procedures that are not necessary as I had experienced previously with a couple of local dentist. For the first time since my youth, I can smile with confidence knowing Dr. Shepherd is taking care of me! All my questions were not just answered, but explained in depth and I feel confident and pleased about having Dr. Shepherd take care of all of my dentistry needs in the future.

Please, please beware of Dr. David Shepherd. In approximately 2006 I had extensive cosmetic & correction dentistry with this person (I cannot consciously call him 'Doctor').
He represented skills that, in the 'aftermath', it was extremely clear he did not have. I suffered horrifically after his 'work' and had to see other dentists on an emergency basis to seek relief.
This process continued for over two years.

Now, years later I am suffering from significant TMJ amongst many more difficulties as a result of Dr. David Shepherd's 'work'. Once certain procedures are done it is impossible to go back and make corrections without suffering through much more trauma and these corrections will continue to cost huge sums of money, as well.

I made extensive effort to seek correction by this man. He refused and it became an absolute nightmare - a horrible nightmare.

HE IS NOT HIGHLY QUALIFIED OTHERWISE REGARDLESS OF WHAT CREDITIALS HE REPRESENTS.

To reiterate, please, please do not trust this dentist.

This office insisted I pay for my recent visit up front: $135 for my son's baby tooth extraction; even though they are an in-network provider. My insurance company notified me the first week in September that they also paid this provider directly. From early September until today, I have made several phone calls to their office requesting my reimbursement; I have talked to the office several times and also left several messages and they still have not sent my money. I've had similar issues with them before in this respect. Time to find a new dentist!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
