The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. Further, his staff enters untrue reviews as a marketing tool. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for years that I know could've been avoided. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I needed emergency by a specialist after David Shepherd destroyed my dental health. I am in need of a complete 'renovation' of my teeth and gums after entrusting David Shepherd with my health. BEWARE OF THIS DENTIST - he will not hesitate to go to any means to make money and is ABSOLUTELY NOT competent.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They always follow up by phone to make sure I'm doing OK after a procedure.
