I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable.
