My appointment ran a little late, but the staff was more than willing to stay open as long as I needed them to in order to satisfy my needs! I was so grateful! They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Sunny really made an effort to keep me out of pain while ensuring that my treatment was a success. She is extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. She even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. My appointments never get canceled last minute. She is extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. She completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
