Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave happy with their visit each and every time. I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied! I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They really made an effort to keep me out of pain while ensuring that my treatment was a success. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
