They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I feel so confident that this acupuncturist will do whatever is necessary to free me of pain! We are a team and I love how confident the whole office is in the practice! They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. They are recognized in the community as being a top acupuncture clinic. I appreciate their phone etiquette every time I call. I've never been put on hold for an unnecessary amount of time, they always make sure that they answer the phones quickly and give you their full attention!
