No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Absolutely not; I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was your pain reduced after visiting this acupuncturist?
Definitely not. I was in more pain when I left
Did this acupuncturist explain to you how acupuncture works?
Not at all. I asked for an explanation and they couldn't give me one
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

Was this acupuncturist argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this acupuncturist answer all of your questions?
Yes
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
