Education
Marie Kastner is an Acupuncturist and Herbalist licensed by the California State Board. Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, she practiced in Europe as a Physical Therapist in the field of Neurology. Marie began Acupuncture training in Beijing, China, and completed her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California.
Training
Since 1989, she has been in Private Practice combining her knowledge in Physical Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, creating a unique blend of Eastern and Western therapies to promote healing and prevent illness.

The time-honored approach of acupuncture and herbal therapy make up the foundation of our success. A husband and wife team, Mark Kastner, L.Ac. and Marie Kastner, L.Ac., have provided natural solutions to thousands of people who are challenged with chronic medical conditions. They believe that Eastern and Western medicine complement each other and can be integrated to offer optimal health care.
Services
We specializes in both pain management, including acute and neuromuscular conditions of the spine and extremities, and gynecological disorders affecting women, such as premenstrual syndrome, menopause, endometriosis, infertility, and pregnancy. We are also involved in the evaluation and treatment of stress related conditions such as tension and migraine headaches, insomnia, depression and anxiety.
