The waiting room had a few magazines to look over while waiting. They weren't the most interesting magazines, but they weren't awful. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it.

Yes! They took the effort to get to know me as a person, instead of a patient.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I have been seeing Dr. Gong weekly for about 1 year. Her treatment costs are far less than her American counterparts ($55 in 2010), which makes this doable for me. No matter what strange symptom Lyme and its co-infections throw at me, she is able to make a difference. She is originally from China and trained there. She has a number of Chinese-speaking patients, which I interpret as an added testament to the strength of her practice. She is kind, professional, and personable. She has office hours (even Saturday hours) that can accommodate my schedule. I recommend her without reservation.
