Very professional, prompt and courteous!

In response to the review w/IP#115.228, This woman came to our office with an out of state work comp claim. She provided incomplete insurance info and demanded that our office provide her care without any financial responsibility on her part. She was confused and became agitated when we explained that any doctor, hospital or healthcare facility would treat her and wait for payment if she provided all the necessary insurance info or if she was willing to become responsible for the charges. The forms she described in her e-mail are standard forms any doctor, hospital or healthcare facility would require if there was a question relating to insurance/payment.

Beware of Dr. Michael Lee Pollard of 85 N. Lansdowne Ave., Suite # 1, Lansdowne, Pa 19050-2073. I believe he also has an office in New Jersey. When I arrived to his office, he had no staff that day, apparently, he was working alone. The location is highly deserted so, I said to myself that I was going to give him the benefit of doubt. He seemed friendly and he talked pleasantly to you. However, don’t let that deceive you because he will have you sign papers stating for a 2-3 brief minute of visit, it will cost you $40 and 15 minutes of office time will cost you $90 and so forth. He even will have you notarize the paper work by his lawyer from a block away from his office in order for him to get started on your case. For instance, most insurance companies will not pay for those underhanded fees and therefore you will be left paying the bill regardless. Don’t let him fool you at first glance, he is cunning and clever. You will be putting yourself in his hands at your own risk.
