Very professional, prompt and courteous!

In response to the review w/IP#115.228, This woman came to our office with an out of state work comp claim. She provided incomplete insurance info and demanded that our office provide her care without any financial responsibility on her part. She was confused and became agitated when we explained that any doctor, hospital or healthcare facility would treat her and wait for payment if she provided all the necessary insurance info or if she was willing to become responsible for the charges. The forms she described in her e-mail are standard forms any doctor, hospital or healthcare facility would require if there was a question relating to insurance/payment.
