This chiropractor seems to have some kind of personality problem anger management issues, or something. He doesn't seem to know what to do except get angry and start yelling. I have experienced it, and know several other people who have, also.
Also, he uses up all the possible treatment, and, then when you haven't gotten better because all they did was "e-stim" and "cold packs", you go to another clinic, like a large ortho clinic PT clinic where they do real therapy, and you can't get any more treatment approved because this chiropractor used them all up. :(((

you cant go wrong, this clinic is awesome!!! i had pre-existing...the doc and the staff are AMAZING!!! MS BETTY IS FROM THE LORD TO INFORM YOU OF YOUR ISSUES AND SITUATIONS AND WILL TRANSLATE..NO PROBLEM.! YOU won't BE DISAPPOINTED. THE DR SPECIALIZES JUST, FOR YOU...NO LIE AND LOVES YOU DEARLY. PLEASE GIVE TO THIS STAFF YOUR ATTENTION.P.S CAPS WERE ON PURPOSE, I AM JUST EXCITED SOMEONE CARES :)

Stay away!! Dr. Vanderwerff is just a paper-pusher. He used to have another doctor working there, but that doctor just didn't show up one day. He quit. It is obvious that Dr. Vanderwerff hadn't worked on a patient in years. This clinic has so many problems and they start with Dr. Vanderwerff.The staff is rude and do whatever they want. It is easy to see why when the doctor used the F word in front of me. The employees in the workout area play explicit music. It took many complaints by several patients to Dr. Vanderwerff before it was taken seriously. And even when Dr. Vanderwerff said he was putting exact rules in place, the employees still didn't take him seriously. Within one week the staff was back to playing whatever they wanted.

The floors are dirty. It looks like they are never cleaned. The bathrooms disgusting. I found toenail clippings on the floor of the conference room. I watched while equipment wasn't cleaned after or prior to another patient. Even with all the dirt, the employees don't see it as a problem. That is the biggest problem.
