I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. While waiting for my appointment I noticed that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. While waiting for my appointment I noticed that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Dr. Authur Vegh is the kindest most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He takes the time to make sure you fully understand how to control your asthma and allergies. He will do whatever it takes even if it means he keeps the clinic open a little later than normal. He is a blessing to the medical community. Full of detailed information and has compassion for his patients. Thank you for always making time for us and making us feel important. After going to 4 specialists I have finally found someone who I feel confident in and will never go to another specialist again. Thank you for that!
