They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, i have hardly ever waited more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room and always less time than that once in the patient room.
they run a pretty efficient office when there - but can sometimes be difficult to get hold of a nurse by phone quick;y - need to fax or email and wait.
But the overwhelming reason I go is a very good, kind, and intelligent, extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor who has pioneered and taken on several of the top and most challenging diseases of our time! She is a specialist in those areas and also internal medicine.
She is irreplaceable!

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Dr Salvato is very knowledgeable about fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and orthostatic intolerance. With complicated illnesses such as these and Lyme disease that she also treats, it is especially important to use physicians who are informed and experienced. She has been my primary care doctor for nearly nine years, and I feel fortunate to have found her.

A note to other wheelchair users: her office is easier than most to navigate with my motorized scooter.
