Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The majority of her office help is rude. This doctor charges for everything, up to and including her signature and a notarization on a form. These charges must be paid for separately. I have been to her office as a patient many times and will not return.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Dr Salvato is highly accreditted and very knowledgable on FM and CFS! I feel very lucky to have found her. My only wish were that I had not waited two years to locate her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Salvato since 1996. I have learned through dealing with my chronic illness that it is not often a doctor will choose to accept patients such as myself who have a myriad of symptoms; however, she has and continues to treat me with respect and care. The practice is large and it takes time to become acustomed to some of the procedures but, once you do, they make sense. I always bring a typed list of meds / symptoms and changes since my last appointment and try to have my questions typed and ready as I forget things very easily. I appreciate everything she and her staff have done for me over the years and often recommend her practice.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was very happy with their waiting room chairs. Its always nice to see a provider that cares about patient comfort in all areas. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I have already recommended them all over the internet and to people who I find out have fibromyalgia. They helped me so much and I want others to benefit as well. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
