Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment within a week or right away for emergencies, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were kind and considerate, and respected that it was my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They have good customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
