Westside pediatrics in Douglasville, GA has some very questionable and potentially fatal practices. On multiple occasions children's files have gotten mixed up and even one occurrence that I'm aware of a prescription was sent to pharmacy to the wrong child. So what happens when a child takes a medication they aren't supposed to take. This could lead to the death of an innocent child. When a mistake is found and brought to their attention they claim the child was a no show to avoid any consequence. The last two appointments my nine month old baby was confused with a ten year old child and this is the same child with which there was a prescription issue mentioned above. How is it possible to mix up a nine month old and a ten year old without serious negligence on the staff and doctor at this clinic. The nurse Gretta has brought in the wrong medication for children and Dr. Kulengara is the one who put in the prescription mix up. This is not only medical malpractice but it's also negligence and a violation of doctor patient confidentiality act. Please help before innocent children are harmed or even killed.

I have been using this office for over 20+ years and now I think its time that I find a new pediatrician.. Ive taken my 4 children as well as my grandchildren plus referred other family members..The office staff has become very rude and disrespectful as well as Dr.K and hes hardly ever in the office himself .we are never seen at the time of our appointment always over booking appointments with only one Dr in the office.. I will be switching my family at the beginning of 2016 and plan not to refer anyone else..

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I absolutely love Dr. K, I hate when he's on vacation and we have a different doctor!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.
