The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

Three of the physicians are impeccable. I trust them completely with my children. One in particular exudes professionalism, an abundance of knowledge, and takes the time to talk to the parent and the patient. He has NEVER shown one negative quality!

The front office staff are very friendly, very polite, and go above and beyond when necessary.

The office is always very dirty. There is definitely a serious problem in that area. It has been filthy for years so i wouldn't expect to see improvement.

The back office behave like you are a burden to them. They always have a phone in their hands sending or receiving texts. They don't listen to you when you are explaining your child's symptoms. They cut you off, and then don't write down what you tell them. They write down what they think needs to be notated. They are the rudest back office staff I have ever dealt with in any medical office.. They lose specimen samples. You have to call them repeatedly trying to get test result. They don't dress appropriately. The clothes are too tight, and they wear street clothes most of the time. What is that about? They don't follow safety precautions. They don't wear gloves which is gross. They don't wash hands between patients. They are a disgrace!

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children.
