Dr. Benson is the main reason I keep Medlock Pediatrics as my children's primary care. She is able to relate to them on their level and still maintain her professionalism. She genuinely cares and it is evident in her interaction. The staff at her office is also extremely patient and friendly. I do recommend Dr. Benson to family and friends and will continue to do so. My expectations are usually high for my children's health care and Dr. Benson and her staff have exceeded them each and every time. Not anticipating any issues but if any ever arise, I feel very comfortable they will be addressed promptly.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. As a first time mom, the staff was very helpful. I visited the practice for a year and was very sorry to move away. Dr. Benson is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. When there was a concern with my son's development she was willing to have my husband come in and re-explain the situation to him with no additional office visit charge.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
