Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. My visit was for a skin cancer screening. I was told by the nurse that the doctor felt uncomfortable looking at my chest and my upper thighs. When I asked him anyway he shied away from addressing these areas.
