Seems like everyone in my neighborhood in Elkton is a patient of Dr. Jaffe. His office staff is kind and caring. Dr. Jaffe listens to me and addresses everything on my list.

They make me feel cared for. I was very pleased to see that their equipment seemed to be state-of-the-art and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were close to the entrance. Nice to see how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. Had many preCA treated and Psoriasis. I feel confident in their care.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Diagnosed and treated me perfectly. I know long have the problem, no symptoms. I would recommend this office to anyone I know. In fact, I moved south of Baltimore and would still travel to Dr. Jaffe's office instead of finding a closer one.
