They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.
