I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
