They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
