They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. One thing that's been so annoying about Dr Browns office was her office manager Jennifer. She was ghetto, very unprofessional and flirted with all the fathers who brought their children to the office. At times you could also hear loud fights between her and Dr Brown. Dont know why Dr Brown would have jennifer as office manager as she has criminal background and also stole money for the office. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.

They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more and I wasn't very impressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
