I want to send a message to my surgeon

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of seventeen. Had the mastectomy, three reconstructive surgeries, refused chemo, have two bratty kids, and we're all fine ! Everything ended up POSITIVE ! I was writing an article on my experience with this ridiculous "silly" bump in my life when I realized how mean people can be. Apparently all of my medical records have been destroyed! NO! If I were a criminal they'd find them to prosecute me-or defend me! I have never spoken to such rude women in my life! I still haven't gotten any results! Any suggestions? I have no money to give an attorney!
