Dr. Capalbo has the personality that to me resembles those of Rodney Dangerfield while doing his stand-up routine. He is rude, brash, pompous, arrogant, condesending and if you ask me ignorant. Not every patient presents the same, medicine doesn't work the same for all patients & sometimes thinking out of the box actually might produce results to helping patients. He needs to seriously re-think his options if dealing with patients is not something he really wants to do before someone gets seriously hurt or ill because of his negligence. His office staff must have been taking lessons from him over the years. They are extremely rude & very condesending. While utilizing their facilities I heard quite a few office personel gossiping & talking about a patient who was in the waiting room & the comments that were made were horrible. It's a doctors office & none of you are even remotely close to High School age to use as an excuse. South County Hospital has been establishing a better name for itself & showing it can compete with bigger hospitals like Kent, but Dr. Capalbo is doing SCH a huge disservice not just to their name but to their patients as well.

Horrendous doctor. I should have just gone online and tried to figure out my own problems. What a waste of time and money getting in to see this guy. All he does is order lab tests. That's all he is good for!

Just a typical, conventional drone -- herding the masses in and out of his office and making lots of money. Why do guys like this become doctors at all ? Is it just the money? You are just one of the herd when you go to see this guy -- like being on an assembly line. No more, no less.
