She completed her residency in adult psychiatry and a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio,. Dr. Shah is board certified in adult and geriatric psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
