I was hopeful when I scheduled my first wellness check up, but sadly am very disappointed. I was told of concern of my high cholesterol & that it posed risk of heart issues & I should consider a statin. When I called back to request a referral, to schedule with a cardiologist for more in depth specialized knowledge to these concerns , I was sent a message that I would need to schedule another appointment with them as “no mention of heart issues were discussed”! So either they are not clear on their own patients or they embrace the unprofessional protocol of basically calling their patients lairs.
I requested a call back from the office manager & a week later nothing.
