Dr. Margaret Sherman grew up outside the United States because her parents were diplomats for the United States Foreign Service. Dr. Margaret Sherman earned her medical degree and completed residency Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and was first Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Medicine in 1991. She has maintained certification to the present through completing all required continuing medical education and knowledge advancement activities and examinations.Dr. Margaret Sherman completed an epidemiology fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention in 1991, and next year will complete 30 years in the practice of general Pediatric Medicine.Dr. Margaret Sherman continues to cultivate & enrich her life by meeting people that are different from her. She, spends time and money on endeavors that address factors that negatively affect the environment, on the Black Lives Matter movement, and on securing the right of the public to vote without interference or obstacle. She enjoys gardening, swimming, painting, and time with her children and special friends.Dr. Margaret Sherman welcomes new patients under the age of 15.
