With the continued support of our staff, volunteers and our very generous community, Collabria Care and Collabria Hospice will sustain its role as the leader in care delivery and resources for those facing the transitions of aging, chronic illness or the end-of-life.
Collabria Care
As we look forward we see the need for a more comprehensive continuum of care to support the phenomenal increase in people over 65 as the Baby Boomers age. This generation will live longer than any previous group and, consequently, will be more likely to suffer one or more chronic illnesses. Add to this the significant increase projected in the incidence of Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and the communities we serve will require expanded models of care beyond what is available today.
