I look forward to meeting you! I treat men, women and children and specialize in treating sport's injuries, pain and women's health issues.
I have a MS in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a BA in Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition to required internships, I studied for three years with a sports acupuncturist who specializes in motor point acupuncture. After school, I completed an internship in Chinese Herbology and Gynecology at the Nanjing University International Training Center in Nanjing, China. I am also an Apprentice to Dr. Rosita Arvigo in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.
Originally from Asheville, NC, I was raised on unintentionally organic vegetables, free mountain chickens, and deviled ham sandwiches. I try to play the fiddle and I enjoy being mommy to our beautiful little girl.
